5′-O-(4,4′-Dimethoxytrityl)thymidine

This compound is obtained by the reaction of DMTCl with Thymidine under Pyridine. I tried to avoid the Pyridine and used 1,4-Dioxane instead, with catalytic amount of the DMAP.

Everything was Ok, I was planning to make slurry to purify it.
