My both the sons Arijit Kaushik 17 yrs old and daksh kaushik 14 yrs old were selected to represent the jaisalmer district cricket team in kalvin cricket championship scheduled to be held from 8 sep. 2009 to 15 sep. 2009 at dausa(rajasthan). On 6sep. 2009 i handed over my both sons to madan singh, jaisalmer cricket team coach at around 10.30pm at jodhpur railway stattion. In the train madan singh sexually assaulted my younger son daksh and showed him porn video clippings. After reaching dausa my both sons were kept in his room by madan singh. elder son arijit kaushik was frequently sent here and there for some articles. In the room when my younger son daksh was alone with madan singh, he was again shown porn video clippings,and sexually assaulted. My elder son gave me this information and i immediately started to dausa. In the night ai 1am on 8-9-2009 Vimal saharma wise president of rajasthan cricket association and rahmattulla cricket coach of dongarpur came to my room and threatened that if any action is initiated by you , then you and your both sons will not reach home at jodhpur On 12.9.2009 I lodged the FIR No. 99/09 of the above mentioned matter before G.R.P jodhpur. Till 15.12.2009 no action against the culprits was initiated by the GRP jodhpur. On 15.12.2009 as i submitted an application under section right to information about the progress the investigationas well as till date action taken by the police against the culprits. On 24 dec. 2009 I was being called by by the Dy. S.P. shri satya mani tiwari of GRp jodhpur and told me that there is no substance in your FIR. It is totally false and fabricated FIR lodged by you.Dy S.P also showed me the investigation was done properly after 15.12.2009. From the whole investigation GRP jodhpur is trying to divert the direction of the case that since your younger son was not picked up fpr the team that is why you have lodged this FIR. GRp jodhpur is bent upon submitting FR in the case on the filmsy ground jst to save madan singh and official of raj. cricket association. GRp jodhpur is badly mishandling this case. in the last 3 and half months neither the cell phone of the accused was confiscated nor accused has been arrested in the case. GRP has conducted the whole investigation just to change the direction of the investigation, like ROOCHIKA case. Madam do we become sensitive in the sexual matter once the victim commits suicide or considerable time is taken by judiciary system to fetch justice to victim and the whole nation comes at the back of the victim once the battle is lost by the victim by fighting the case alone.
