Chapter 2: Verse 63
Subject: Anger
विषय: क्रोध
क्रोधाद्भवति संमोहः संमोहात्स्मृतिविभ्रमः।
स्मृतिभ्रंशाद् बुद्धिनाशो बुद्धिनाशात्प्रणश्यति॥२-६३॥
From anger arises ignorance, from ignorance there is delusion and loss of memory .These together destroy intellect. With the destruction of intellect, the person is totally degraded.
Lesson: Attachment to sensory –objects creates a cycle of evil passions which results in the degradation of ones personality. The person loses his goal and he deviates from his chosen path.
क्रोध से अत्यन्त मूढ भाव उत्पन्न हो जाता है, मूढ भाव से स्मृति में भ्रम हो जाता है, स्मृति में भ्रम हो जाने से बुध्दि अर्थात ज्ञानशक्ति का नाश हो जाता है और बुध्दि का नाश हो जाने से यह पुरुष अपनी स्थिति से गिर जाता है। ॥६३॥
सही है क्रोध से व्यक्ति का भला नही होता है।
